The classic stages of implementing a management system include:

System Design Consultancy

  • Consultancy for identifying and documenting the organization's processes.
  • Consultancy for identifying the organization's activities, products, and services, listing them, and correlating them with the previously identified process list.
  • Consultancy for identifying applicable legal requirements for the organization.
  • Consultancy for establishing policies in quality/safety/environmental/health and safety domains.
  • Consultancy for setting objectives and targets for the management system.
  • Consultancy for establishing indicators to monitor the achievement of objectives.
  • Consultancy for identifying key control points (HACCP, FSSC 22000, IFS, etc.).
  • Consultancy for identifying and evaluating environmental aspects (ISO 14001).
  • Consultancy for developing system procedures.
  • Consultancy for developing operational procedures, work instructions, job descriptions, and necessary forms for maintaining management system records.
  • Consultancy for developing the management system manual.

School Audit

  • Preparation and execution of an audit of the designed management system, conducted by INAQ Consulting auditors and any internal auditors of the organization who have completed the training course.
  • This audit identifies the degree of implementation of the management system and documentation, verifies records demonstrating this implementation stage, determines the causes of non-conformities, and identifies opportunities for system improvement.

Determination and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions

  • Evaluation of non-conformities identified by INAQ Consulting auditors and internal auditors in the previous stage (school audit) and implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence of non-conformities, as well as any preventive actions.
  • Establishment of guidelines for improving and optimizing the effectiveness of the newly established management system.

Precertification Audit

  • In this stage, an audit is conducted by INAQ Consulting auditors, independent of the entire consultancy project, to make a final evaluation of the management system before presentation to the certifier.
  • This involves audit preparation and execution, audit report elaboration, and identification of any corrective actions.

Improvement Actions

  • Implementation of improvement opportunities and resolution of any remaining non-conformities identified in the precertification audit.
