The focal point of the discussions will be distressed businesses and over-indebted consumers, the two protagonists of survival mode living.
The opening speeches will be delivered by the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Răzvan Dincă, and the Dean of the Bucharest Bar, Dr. Aurel Ciobanu, alongside Mihai Dărăban, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania.

The event is subject to approval by INPPA and is included in the continuous training program for lawyers.
